1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all direct bookings of holiday accommodations from Alma Feliz Apartamentos. By confirming the booking, the guest acknowledges these conditions.

2. Booking

A booking is considered binding as soon as it is confirmed by Alma Feliz Apartamentos was confirmed in writing (e.g. via email or WhatsApp).

3. Payment

The entire invoice amount is payable by bank transfer immediately upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accommodation will only be made available after full payment has been received.

Full payment must be received no later than before arrival.

4. Cancellation

Direct bookings at Alma Feliz Apartamentos are binding.

The booked rate is as non-refundable rate Agreed. In the event of cancellation, there is no entitlement to a refund, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.

5. No-show

If the guest does not appear on the day of arrival and no other written agreement has been made, the entire booking amount remains due.

6. Early departure

In case of early departure, there is no entitlement to a refund for unused overnight stays.

7. Changes

Changes to a confirmed booking require the written consent of Alma Feliz Apartamentos and are subject to availability.

8. Liability

The guest agrees to treat the accommodation and its furnishings with care.

The guest is liable for damages exceeding normal wear and tear in accordance with statutory regulations.

9. House Rules

The house rules, which are provided to the guest before or upon arrival, form part of the accommodation agreement. The guest agrees to comply with these rules during their stay.

10. Data protection

Personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the booking and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

11. Force Majeure

If the stay cannot be carried out, or can only be carried out to a limited extent, due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, official orders or similar unforeseeable events), the legal provisions of Spanish law shall apply.

12. Jurisdiction and applicable law

Spanish law applies exclusively.

To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Alma Feliz Apartamentos in Tenerife.

13. Severability Clause

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by the applicable statutory provisions.
